Returns & Exchanges
For returns and exchanged please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us prior - your return will not be accepted and will be subject to additional fees.
Our policy lasts 7 days after receiving your item. All refunds and exchanges must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed, and tags still on. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to refusal.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Returns must have the original packing slip included, or a paper with the original order number.
If 7 days have gone by since you've received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
